Every Tuesday night at Ruby’s you can now enjoy ‘Parmi Night’. A choice of toppings, on a huge chicken parmagiana, and only$15 . Toppings are Traditional, Meat lovers, Hawaiian and Mexican, all served with chips & salad or chips & vegetables. Troy is getting rave reviews for the new spring menu. An extended dessert list has proven an absolute taste sensation for diners. The Lamb cutlets on a bed of mash with pea puree, is a mouth watering entree, and the Brulee with white chocolate mousse a must have to finish the meal.
