We are pleased to announce,  well known local chef ‘Troy Lister’ has arrived as Head Chef @ Ruby’s by the sea. His style of fresh honest cooking with our great local produce is ready and waiting for you to enjoy.

The balcony is always open for you, your family and friends to enjoy a relaxing lazy summers lunch or dinner.

To make the experience even more memorable we have given the restaurant a face lift and created a great little corner to keep those junior diners entertained whilst mum and dad enjoy the food, the drinks and the amazing view.

Lena our restaurant Manager, inconjunction with Troy, are ready and waiting to organise your special event, party, wedding  or get together with family and friends.
