Ruby’s by the Sea offers the most spectacular seaside location to celebrate your wedding day. Enjoy a ceremony on the Lennox Head headland or directly across the road on Seven Mile Beach and wander back to Ruby’s for a glass of champagne as the sun sets over the beach.

At Ruby’s by the Sea we have created a range of courses at a fixed price per head. From finger food to chocolate truffles, we give you the freedom to mix and match courses to your taste and budget. Further, should you not find anything to your liking, we will be more than happy to sit down with you and custom a menu to suit your needs.

We can cater from 20 guests to 100 guests for a sit down reception up to 140 guests for a cocktail affair. The minimum spend requirements apply and these can be discussed upon enquiry.
